1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Websitekuy services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Websitekuy provides website development, e-commerce, mobile apps, and related digital services. Scope of work is defined in the proposal and contract agreed by both parties.

3. Payment

Payment terms include:

• Minimum 50% down payment before project starts
• Final payment before or upon handover
• Payment via bank transfer to official Websitekuy account

4. Revisions

Each service package includes a certain number of revisions explained in the proposal. Revisions beyond the agreement may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment, source code and project assets belong to the client, except third-party components with separate licenses.

6. Warranty

We provide free bug warranty for the period stated in the contract. Warranty does not cover new feature changes or issues caused by third-party modifications.

7. Cancellation

Project cancellation after work has started will incur fees according to completed progress. Down payment already paid cannot be fully refunded.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client business information and data. We will not share such information with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

9. Force Majeure

Websitekuy is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet disruptions, or government policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website and take effect after publication.
